In 1974, punk in New York was showing it's true form. The following at CBGB's started in earnest, Patti Smith recorded her first single, the Ramones played their first show, and a band named Talking Heads formed who would see punk music come in at full blast and sputter off several years later.

It's probably because it's almost 4:30 A.M., but at the moment, this is the greatest audio/visual experience i've ever had.
